All content on the Site (texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, databases) is the exclusive property of Romandia Labs Sàrl or its partners, and is protected by Swiss and international intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the elements of the Site, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of Romandia Labs Sàrl, is prohibited.

Third-party trademarks and logos (in particular those of the Distribution Network Operators mentioned) belong to their respective owners and are reproduced for informational purposes.

5. Displayed data and limitation of liability

The information published on the Site, in particular tariff estimates, savings projected via the simulator, maps of LEC zones, the pages per DSO and per municipality and information on Distribution System Operators (DSOs), is provided for indicative purposes.

The values shown (tariffs in cts/kWh, network rebates of 20% or 40%, estimated savings) constitute averages or estimates. They depend on the applicable DSO tariffs, actual production and consumption, the composition of the LEC and changes in the legal and tariff framework. Each DSO applies its own tariff schedule and actual conditions may vary. Romandia Labs Sàrl does not guarantee any level of savings, income or return.

The liability of Romandia Labs Sàrl is governed by the mandatory statutory provisions. To the extent permitted by law, it is liable only for direct damage resulting from an intentional act or gross negligence attributable to it; any liability for slight negligence is excluded, as is liability for indirect or consequential damage and for loss of profit. Romandia Labs Sàrl is not liable for errors, inaccuracies, delays or decisions attributable to DSOs or other third parties, insofar as it is not itself responsible for them, nor for the consequences of changes to the legal, regulatory or tariff framework.

The applicable legal framework is the Electricity Supply Act (LApEl, art. 17d–17e) and its implementing ordinances, in force since 1 January 2026. Use of the Celium service and of the member area is governed by the Celium General Terms and Conditions.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (in particular lokalerstrom.ch, SFOE, AES, Swissolar, ElCom). Romandia Labs Sàrl exercises no control over the content of these sites and disclaims all liability for their content, their availability or the use that may be made of them.

7. Cookies and trackers

The Site does not use audience-measurement cookies. It does, however, load the Google Ads gtag.js tag, which places advertising conversion cookies (in particular _gcl_au and _gcl_aw). Apart from these, only cookies strictly necessary for technical operation may be placed, and no other third-party tracker is used. 8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of Romandia Labs Sàrl, subject to any applicable mandatory provisions.
